American University

Direct Mail campaigns were sent to prospects of the American University funnel who had previously started an application, but lost traction late in the process. The prospect pool for AU is very regional, so the strategy was to segment our sends to various high intent areas of the D.C, Maryland, Virginia area. We also tiered the prospects by level of interest and experience in order to re-engage intentionally and urge them to revisit their application.
